About this project

Personal Jarvis is a free, open-source project. Nothing is sold on this site: the software is published under theApache License 2.0 and can be downloaded at no cost. This site has no editorial or journalistic content.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

Liability for content

We write the content of these pages with care but cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law (Section 7(1) DDG). We are not obliged to monitor third-party information we transmit or store, or to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity (Sections 8 to 10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected; liability of this kind begins only when we learn of a specific infringement, and we remove such content as soon as we do.

Liability for links

This site links to websites of third parties, such as GitHub, YouTube, X and Discord. We have no influence over their content, and their operators alone are responsible for it. We checked linked pages for obvious legal violations when we linked them. If we become aware of an infringement, we remove the link.

Personal Jarvis is provided under the Apache License 2.0, which contains a disclaimer of warranty and a limitation of liability. Both apply to the extent permitted by applicable law; liability that cannot be excluded by law — for example for intent, or for injury to life, body or health — remains unaffected.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners. They identify the services the software can connect to and do not imply any endorsement or affiliation. See the project'strademark notice. Content on this site that belongs to the project is published under the same licence as the software unless stated otherwise.
